Game wont launch, pls help

Hey, I need some help here. When I launch my game, it closes immediately. I don't know how else to describe it. I click "play" on steam, it says "Currently playing Avorion" then it goes away after maybe 2 seconds, and when i relaunch it either through steam or the files form my steam directory, the same happens.

And here are my specs:

Processor: Intel® Core i5 CPU M 520 @ 2.4GHz

RAM 4.00GB

64-bit OS

GT 320M

 

It works on another computer  I installed it on, then I transferred the files, after that it didn't work on the orriginal, then  i uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still does not work. Yes I have restarted steam and my computer several times... please help me

Steam might be outdated. Restart Steam or reboot your PC.
