the9thcobra
Hello. Any time I try to run Avorion I get a black screen then I hear the windows notification sound, if I alt tab out of the black screen I see the notification telling me that Intel integrated graphics isn't supported but it'll try to run anyway. I click ok then I go to the loading screen and my mouse turns into the blue wheel. At this point one of two things happens, either my computer BSOD's or I wait for a long time until nothing happens and I have to task manager out of the loading screen (I'm talking 30 minutes or so.) Things I have done to try and fix it: 1. Uninstall and reinstall 2. Delete the Client, IPS, and Settings and try again. 3. Run it always as administrator 4. Run it in compatibility mode My computer is junk, but my friend has almost the same one and it runs fine (school laptop.) CPU: i7-2640M @2.80 GHz Ram: 8 gigs OS: Windows 10 64bit Graphics: none Also how do I attach the client logs? It says the attachment is too large. Boxelware Team koonschi Posted February 11, 2017 Boxelware Team Share Posted February 11, 2017 We're currently working on getting the game to run on Intel hardware. The problem is that lots of Intel GPUs claim to support OpenGL 3.0 but are lacking important functionality, so we're trying to support as many as we can, but it's hard to catch all the quirks. You can use pastebin.com to post logs, or upload them to a service like google drive or dropbox.
the9thcobra
http://pastebin.com/raw/dmLdHdaU ok so that is my most current log. And that stinks about the Intel support do you think that's the issue?
Boxelware Team koonschi Posted February 11, 2017 Boxelware Team Share Posted February 11, 2017 I'll be getting some hardware soon so we can run and test it on these CPU/GPUs. Support for them should get a lot better then.
