18 FPS on a rig that should rock at least 60

I turned all graphics to their lowest setting besides the base resolution which I left at 1080p.

 

I with the game running I have only 5.3 of my 16GB of memory used. Avorion with the game loaded is only using 451.2 MB?!?

 

My CPU is idling at 5% usage. I's an i7 sandy bridge 2700k.

 

My Graphics Card is an Nvidia 980ti. It can play GTA5 at max settings no probs.

 

A computer restart and straight to game didn't solve this either. I don't have excessive security settings. I'm a little confuse as to how this is even a thing.

Are you sure your PC is forcing your graphics card on the game?

By default the game uses IntelHD graphics instead of a GPU.

Please post the debug logs. They are very important in the search for a possible cause. Instructions are in the stickied post in this forum.

 

Also try to update the drivers for the gpu.

It does not seem like is trying to run it on a notebook. The issue with the Intel graphics should really only occur on notebooks with a dedicated gpu.
