Request- distress signal/allyship spawn

I'm looking to do a playthrough as a trader, enjoy some role playing in this sandbox galaxy.

 

What that means is a lightly armed ship built for cargo of course.

 

I'm looking for a mod that would allow me to use a distress signal to call in ships for assistance. Of course pirates being who they are would also be attracted to this so a chance for both, or one to spawn would be cool.

 

Is there a way to increase the chances of pirates spawning in a sector I'm in? Like they're chasing me down? And increase the rate at which pirate spawns contain a hyperspace blocker. I'm at work right now but that's all I can think of for now.
