Multi IP on BETA branch

Hi guys,

 

Saw information somewhere that multip is now available on beta branch, any chance to get the variable for start line ?

 

Tried --ip *** --multip *** , etc etc without any sucesss, any idea ?

Same problem here, tried changing the ports as well but no luck with the --ip setting either.

I'm probably doing something wrong as I don't understand how that parameter will work for two servers on the same machine.

It is --ip, e.g.

 

--ip 123.123.123.123

What I don't understand is how adding that will allow for a second server to run on the same machine?

Will it use the same ports or does it change the IP for connecting (Which seems a bit odd to me)?

It's really for dedicated servers which have multiple IPs assigned to them, generally in a datacenter. It's not any use for hosting a server at home unless your ISP provides you with multiple IP addresses.

Ah gotcha, that isn't applicable to my case so I will search further help.
