Patch 0.11.0.7844 = 1-3 FPS

TL:DR - The update is broken for anyone using Intel HD graphics.

 

Win7

i7 2.6Ghz

8GB

Intel 5500

 

This thing isn't a powerhouse but I've had 0 issues until Patch 0.11.0.7844. Played yesterday for 5+ hours with FPS between 25-40 and 0 crashes. Today I load up the game and it's unplayable ranging from 1-3 FPS.

 

Tried playing with graphic settings - no change

Installed newest drivers - no change

Windowed/Borderless/All rez in the dropdown - no change

Steam online/offline - no change

Hosts file - 0 entries

 

The only option at this point is the update. It was noted that support for integrated Intel graphics has been improved, something tells me this change is the cause.

 

I'm open to other suggestions if you can think of something I haven't tried =)

 

EDIT: Just reverted to previous version and FPS jumped right back up. The update is the issue.
