Gonna try them out later tonight! quick and dirty opinion: Having been spoiled by DSPP's handling, it's hard to not want that in every ship design. For similar upgrades is the xml an utterly sweet stuff to have at hand and editable. Edit: Actually, them Titanium blocks are 91 there in total.
