Reproducible crash creating defaultgalaxy

This is avoidable but still.

Delete the defaultgalaxy, Then go to recreate it, it'll be lit up red and tell you the galaxy already exists. Add a space at the end, the warnings go away. Delete the added space before continuing, everything's fine. Forget to delete the added space, the game crashes.

The add-a-space-at-the-end trick works great for reusing crew-hire counts btw.
