Odd issue with my turrets I am creating

I am noting that all of the information regarding turrets (no matter which type) is missing when I hover my mouse over the icon - It is very strange and keeps me from being able to do anything with actual turrets now as I have absolutely no clue what their stats are or even what they are

 

I was trying out on of the mods (its outdated but works) - have been putzing around with it for days and never had any issues but just today it seems everything stopped working on the description of the turrets.  The mod is:  Avorion Commands Package - was dabbling with just creating some fast turrets for stations and have had no issues at all until today - restarting game and such did not fix it so just curious if anyone else has seen this and perhaps for all I know I clicked something to remove the descriptions.

I am guessing it could be an issue with the Mod.

I have been making turrets in most of my games on Vanilla-style and never an issue.
