Multiplayer Ship Spawn Problem

So I am getting an interesting problem and I cant seem to find anyone else who had even a similar issue.

 

I have done this on every single multiplayer server I attempted to use.

 

When I try to load a ship design no matter the size I get a weird "crash".

 

The game still runs and I can fly around and see other players flying around (checked this with another player in discord) and I can see them chat but I can no longer chat, I can no longer buld, hyper jump, any real interaction is blocked. I cant build a ship at the ship builder because it doesnt load the style dropdown menu.

 

I tried waiting it out thinking maybe it was lag. I tried building a ship by hand saving the design then loading that same design and it stopped working.

 

Ive checked firewalls and opened ports. Reinstalled and verified. Works fine in singleplayer. Other players can spawn any size ship right next to me with no problem.

 

Ive spent 4 hours trying every single thing I could think of and followed every lead I could find.

 

Ive attached the last log I have as thats the most recent attempt.

 

Edit: As an update even when I log into the servers now it no longer resets me to being able to talk and build. I am now stuck in this limbo in all the servers I attempted to load a saved build on.
