woooah! avorion is out for sale! :D

i have some suggetions and questions about the original version today.

 

Container Sizes

Actually i build very much ships. my biggest costs over 28mio of credits but the problem is,

what are the minimum sizes of the cargo container?

 

Shipyard&Blueprints

if you build an own blueprint and will buy it, you can use the "B"-key to go into the build menu and

select an ship hull. is it possibile to make them on the shipyard?

the problem is this that: if you spawn your own ship, you can´t select the (autobuy crewmember) button.

own ships must so, first fly to 15 stations, before you got the crew complete.

with an ship size over 2.000 crew members on board, it is very difficult to get the complete crewmembers of the ship.

 

Creative Mode

the creative is very nice. we all can build so much...i think...for the next years of reallife, the time are going away :)

my own idea is, to make an creative rly creative. you have unlimited on ressource, but only 4 turrets and no upgrades in

your inventory. thats littlebit badly because the creative mode isn´t complete.

 

Autopilot

i know that the most people dislike an autopilot for docking but, for too huge ships, an docking computer (upgrade)

will be a very nice thing

Hey there!

 

Some nice ideas here.

 

- You can see the minimum required size for cargo blocks on the right side in the preview, scale your block until the preview shows at least +0.1.

- Building your own ships at shipyards sounds good.

- We might add infinite turrets at some point, but for now you'll have to live with what's there.

- Auto-pilots are planned.

ok nice to read - i have more suggetions because the original gameplay.

 

Troops/Ships & Costs

 

actually we have taxes for every crew in the own ship. this is a littlebit problematic because,

you must make money over the time to hold them. my personally idea is, to set it in an extra

option, if a crew costs money or not then, if you plan to hold a full fleet with over 4 ships, you must command all

of them to mining and go always manually to a station to sold the ressource.

 

Station & Drones

 

in moment, we all build stations with an construction ship on the shipyard. this ship you can command to every position

on the sector, for base building. this is an nice idea but you must for customized bases and ships be in "the build-screen" of the station.

is a better management planned?

the next one is the drone and fighter construction. hangars are aviaible and a very nice thing but you cant build own drones or

fighters actually. is a drone/fighter editing planned?

 

KI Options

 

the KI and AI are very nice. the only thing, i missed options how "escorting other ships" or "trade and dock" in these moment.

this missed options makes the KI a littlebit "useless" actually. the same with the trading.

 

Trading AI

 

how in X-games, we can build upgrades how "advanced trading" or the "trade station detektor". what i missed is the

upgrade, to trade from far away without docking on an station. you only can see the prizelist from each station and

ressource in the sector where you are but not trade it directly. this is a littlebit sadly because this upgrade is a "must have"

to manage the own tradelines and the ressource management.
