Automatic save or manual completely stops the server. It can still be found in the list, but you can not go to it. The commands stop responding completely (/stop, /status and others).

And it happens to all galaxies, and the dependence is not clear. If the server does not have a player - save without problems. If 1 player and it literally just started to play and the server is almost clean (that is, the new galaxy) then it works, until the player does not change sector at least 1 time and the server goes after /save or AutoSave...
