Rotating Block

Hello,

 

so I just now had the Idea of a block that could make parts of your ship rotate based on the settings set by the user.

That would give ships the capability of different modes for different purposes (based on the building choices of the builder) for example a mode called fighting that would be high maneuverability and high speed whilst a docking mode, for example, would have a low speed and even higher maneuverability. There are many usages for such a block. Of course one could also use it just for looks.
