Mouse does not show in Borderless or Fullscreen mode

In either Borderless or Fullscreen mode I am unable to see my mouse cursor. Menu options will highlight if the 'invisible' mouse cursor rolls over them though. I have tried the following:

 

Restarted computer

Checked Mouse Settings - Enhanced pointer precision is checked, otherwise it is default (Pointer trails and Hide pointer while typing are NOT checked)

I do not have this issue with any other game

 

In Windows mode, which I do not want to run, I am able to see the mouse cursor.

 

Any suggestions?
