Not sure how to say this in geek speak... (Discord link clickable in chat)

I would like to request a feature. To be able to paste a link(web/html) and be able to be opened by a browser steam or otherwise. My intent is primarily to be able to broadcast my discord server link invite, its something like discord.com/goblygook. Its hard to have players type it in their browser. If clickable links stuff would not be secure aka spammers throwing garbage links then would I be able to create a mod just for my server that could broadcast a clickable discord invite? Would the avorion api allow html a href? I wouldnt make a class to allow anyone throw up links, just the mod on player login one time.

For security reasons, I would like to see this as something that is configurable at server level if it was implemented.

 

Admins are allowed,

Designated super users (people who ask for the right)

And all users (for a private server for example.)

 

Though, does copy and past not work?

 

My concern would be people spamming chat with links on public servers.

I would even say, allow the api use, let the modders add a button with the link, so players couldnt type in links but the modder could. Wait. Copy paste? from chat? how?!?!??!?!?!?!?

I don't think you can select text in Avorion, can you?  I know you can copy from another app and paste to Avorion, but I don't think you can do the reverse.
