Crash at first screen after loading: GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION

I've just installed the demo on my Windows 7 laptop. When I start Avorion, I get a popup warning me that Intel onboard graphics are detected, then I get the black "Loading" screen, then I get a screen with buttons for "Single Player", "Multiplayer" and a few other buttons, but after just a second or two the window closes and I'm back at my desktop.

Looking at the logs, I'm seeing errors like:

Tue Jan 24 21:23:48 2017| void IndexedSubSet<Vertex>::render() const [with Vertex = cp::BlockVertex]:65: GLError in glDrawElements(GL_TRIANGLES, numIndices, GL_UNSIGNED_INT, 0): GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION

Tue Jan 24 21:23:48 2017| void IndexedSubSet<Vertex>::render() const [with Vertex = cp::BlockVertex]:65: GLError in glDrawElements(GL_TRIANGLES, numIndices, GL_UNSIGNED_INT, 0): GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION

Full log is attached.

The warning popup does say that the Intel OpenGL drivers can cause problems, but it also says to report any bugs, so I'm reporting it. I hope this is helpful.
