1.0 Smooth as glass, 1.0 Hotfix unplayable

Getting constant frame drops now, red line after red line in the frame time graph.

CPU: i7 3770k

GPU: 1070 Driver 442.59

Storage: Game-SSD/OS-SSD

 

I've also started to get warnings that say;

 

That sector isn't loaded to memory on the server. Please contact your server administrator for help.

 

I am running it in single player mode and am not running a dedicated server. 22 hours without a hitch and now frame drops and that message constantly. The only thing I've done in that time was play the game, I've changed nothing, in-game or to my machine.
