LiftPizzas
Once a sector is scanned by radar or deep scan, that information (yellow or green dot) should be part of the player's map permanently. This is especially important when commanding fleets from across the galaxy.
0 Jester
When I get told by the game of a Server Error, i exit the Map, re-enter the map then re-issue the orders again - second time, no probs. I hope this helps.

0 Samfucious
You can go to the galaxy map and right-click and tag each sector. I'll do that as I'm flying through the galaxy. Between each hop, I go to the galaxy map and tag all of the yellow for later followup. I like the way this is currently implemented, personally. It's adds a nice exploration and cartography element to the game play.
