Borderless Resolution Very Wrong

When I set my window to borderless it defaults to 3840 x 2160 and I am unable to change it to my native resolution. It also warns me of a scaling issue when I start the game, when set to borderless. Visually it looks slightly compressed due to this. My default monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080 @ 144hz.
