When several ships warp into a sector (for example, a faction war or pirate reinforcements) they shouldn't spawn/jump in simultaneuosly, because it causes a massive lag spike. Instead, add a delay of at least half a second when more than two ships warp in to spread the load over a longer time period (and to make the arrival of ships look cooler and less artificial).
