Too many alliance notifications

I've probably got about a 100 hours in this game, and cannot find any mods or even help to fix the constant alliance alerts for minig,salvalging., It even gives you a little red X when you get "nothing to refine"

Is their legit nothing I can do to stop all those alerts? like a box to move it around in, or an option in settings

This is a terrible aspect of the game and also have tried to resolve it to no success.
