Ship destroyed by a jump exit collision

Sometime when I pass a gate or while exploring in hyperspace, my ship is instantly destroyed by a station, an asteroid, or anything else... It's already happen 4 times that I explode thus :(

 

and after that I repawn a the starting system faaaaaaaar away so I lose everything...

 

In my log file, I have this line

Thanks for reporting, I'm aware of this problem. It has to do with the fact that ships start flying/accelerating when changing sectors, your ship probably accelerated on the loading screen and smashed into a station.
