Add Hyperspace animation to replace sector loading screens.

BLUF: Replace loading screens with an animation of a jump through hyperspace.

There is one thing that I never like on the Jump-Recharge-Jump cycle from the beginning, and that's the static and dead loading screen with a "press space to continue". Its jarring and out of place just looking at a picture with a hint. Replace the loading screen and tip with an animation of going through hyperspace so I'm not removed from the experience. If you want to keep the "press space to continue", replace it with "press space to exit hyperspace".
