i'm having the same issue with my galaxy and haven't managed to resolve on my own. i managed to delete one copy of two affected ships but i know there remains at least one of each in a nearby sector. i can no longer switch to that sector without server crashing. but if i plot a jump to that sector it then shows two ships of my alliance being there without specifically naming either. i actually can't successfully jump anywhere from my drone but i can switch to another ship in another sector. but soon as i'm on that ship i see everything spinning and server has become unresponsive. i'd be happy to try to provide a copy of the galaxy. running beta latest on nodecraft here is my best guess as to a representation in serverlog of the issue Tried inserting entity with same ID into sector!
