  2. I created clean install on CentOS 7 and move over files to CentOS 8. Server started sucessefull. But I have new script error:

  4. 1. Does you copy all root directory of the server. You must see "bin", "data" directory. 2. Check file and directory permissions. User must have full access (write/read) to the directories and files.

  13. Sorry for poor English. onPlayerLogIn/onPlayerLogOff it is Server callbacks. It is good idia call it from server.lua. If you want to canch player enternce to sector - try to use Sector():onPlayerEntered() and Sector():onPlayerLeft().

  16. Thank you. But I'm used "onDamage" as example. I'm needed to disable player to repair ship on some sectors or disable damage from some type of damage and etc.
  17. Sorry for poor English Is it possible to disable callback actions? Example: Callback "onDamage". I want to disable damage to entity for some reason. In some games, the status of the callback function is checked. And if the return status != true, the action not applied.

Sorry for poor English. 1) Never use root account for game servers and any other servicies 2) Trun off firewall and Ubuntu (google + "ubuntu 18.04 firewall") 3) Check your DNS configuration (back-resolving for IP) 4) Use tcpdump for debug traffiic :) 5) Try to add: --public 1 --listed 1 --use-steam-networking 1
  21. Sorry for poor English. I'm need to rotate newly create object. The function createObject(BlockPlan plan, Matrix position) needed to set position argument. Type Matrix (class) has some properties. How can I calculate values for that properties (right, up, look, translation, pos, position) to rotate object?
