Make sure you are running the correct Avorion server. If you installed Avorion VIA steamCMD to something like C:\Avorion\ then that is your problem. The correct place to run the server is from ...\SteamCMD\steamapps\common\AvorionServer This contains your updated server.

When running a dedicated on a VPS, randomly (happened twice in 4hrs) the server just freezes with connection to server lost, The server reports the same number of players that were on at the time of the hang and clicking stop will not kill the server properly making taskkill the only choice. When restarting the server you will be in a drone a few sectors back (previously visited ones) but your ship will be where you were when the server halted. Is there any solution, has anyone else experienced this? TL;DR Server halts and needs to be restarted Upon login, you are in a drone a few sectors back Ship is where server halted and/or lost.

Had same issue, found if I had a redirect, i.e. domain.co to the ip I could connect but when using localhost/globalIP/localIp it gave the same error
