Intermittent Server Issues

I've been having issues with my dedicated server becoming non-responsive for multiple users (no damage indicators, ships won't warp, drones won't dock). Sometimes this manifests itself for the entire server and it looks like the server process begins to allocate all available cores and eventually pegs the machine. See attached for server/client logs for the past week or so and the times we have had to do restarts (pulled from discord/whatsapp chat logs.

 

This is one error which stands out in the log from the 12th.

Restart Times:

11/02/2017 ~17:05

12/02/2017 ~4ish?

13/02/2017 ~ 9:44 became unresponsive, bounced at around 10:24

I informed the devs, it looks like one thread can't acquire something necessary and that's why the server hangs. They are working on it.
