Calculating jump route not stopped working

Hello. 

After few years i started playing Avorion again and after few hours finishing mission where dude teach me how to use torpedos i cant jump anywhere.

Calculating route never finish calculation and im stuck now with my ship in the middle of nowhere.

I am playing single player.

Is there any trick how to fix this or am i missing something ?
