[0.23.x] Transform Blocks doesn't mirror twisted corners

Summary: When the 'Twisted Corner' blocks were introduced in 0.23, it was necessary to add two variants, Twisted Corner 1 and Twisted Corner 2, because the Twisted Corner shape has chiral geometry and cannot be re-oriented into its own mirror image. When using the 'flip' key (Z by default on QWERTY keyboards), a Twisted Corner 1 will become a Twisted Corner 2, and vice-versa. Similarly, when placing a Twisted Corner it will be converted into its mirror image correctly if any of the 'Mirror X/Y/Z' checkboxes are enabled. However, the 'Transform Blocks' tool does not perform the conversion when mirrored axes are enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on Mirror X on a new ship.

2. Place down an Iron Twisted Corner 1 at the side of the ship. An equivalent Iron Twisted Corner 2 will appear on the opposite side.

3. Select Iron Twisted Corner Armor 1 from the blocks palette, and choose the 'Transform Blocks' tool.

4. With the Mirror X flag still enabled, transform the Iron Twisted Corner 1 you originally placed into an Iron Twisted Corner Armor 1.

5. Now, the mirrored image will be an Iron Twisted Corner Armor 1 instead of the expected Iron Twisted Corner Armor 2.

Expected behaviour: The Transform Blocks tool should correctly mirror the Twisted Corner blocks, and be consistent with normal block placement.
