asibin Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 When you use the trinian or higher blocks that give you additional "system upgrade" slots. The additional upgrade slots added naturally show up but the "artificial" slots are hidden. You can still add the total number of system upgrades but you can not remove the system upgrades if you want to remove the ones that hidden. If you had 3 natural system slots and 2 additional from Trinian etc. If you decide to remove all the system upgrades, you can remove the 4 upgrades that you can see in the UI and then quit the game and came back and then the 5th upgrade will show up.
