  1. It was asked before, to have camera blocks, but i cannot remember what was Koonshi position on them. I fully support them. I don't care much now about a "cockpit", only want to have camera blocks, with orientation, and a key to switcch between them. So if i want i can look at my wing, on my back, or up... band pilote this way, not only move the camera view with the mouse like now.
  2. I'd prefer if wreckages act like asteroids more. When i mine, i remove large chunks and i rarely need to "find the missing pieces". I'd like the wreckages to stay as a few big pieces, even if less "realistic", instead of breaking into so many tiny parts quite tedious to catch.
  3. I agree it needs work, tooltips, favorited and trashed, more visual distinctions, color codes and all.
  4. Hello, In the Creations subforum, many pictures are too big and only show half of them on screen, i need to srcoll or open the picture in other tab. If i'm not the only one with this trouble (Linux + Firefox here), could we have auto-resize like many other forums have ?
  5. Hello, What if : + Different parts of ship can only be crafted from 1 or 2 mats. For example, Computer Core can only be made from Naonite, Shield from Xanion Armor from Titanium or Orgonite Hull from Iron or Trinium etc + Factions do not scale at all when you go to the center, they are just more or less strong everywhere, and it's left to the player to manage the encounter. Some factions more "hand made" could be set more specifically to some positions, but that's all. This way i have to avoid the strongs, rally the weaks, befriends what i can, and actually care who is who, and where. To achieve this the factions need to be less at perpetual wars of course and have a smarter behavior to expand and evolve, like some other topics suggest. + Some events only occur on the edge, others in the middle, other in the center, with also specific missions boards. Could be also some extremly rare (only maximum 1 every 6 hours of gametime maybe), but huge, "natural disasters" such as magnetic tempests, solar burst, exploding stars... to wipe or deeply change a sector. + The edge could have more distant points of interest, but also more valuable ones, and less aliens/humans dangers, and more "space stone age" factions, isolated civilizations, anciant artefacts...   8. Agreed ! Maybe the opposite too. A "trash" and a "fav" so you can clean your inventory better.
  9. I like to have specific material only from "building roids", so only iron, only naonite etc. From "normal" roids, i'd like to extract ice, gold, gaz... to sell them for profit or missions and so. And maybe some weird very rare artefacts too.
  10. Yep, the focus helps but is not enough. A free camera would do it better.
  11. How do you do a circle shape "window" with the glowing stuff ? How do you .gif ?
  12. You have to select the material in the top right corner too. I have another kind of trouble, the shape not keeping its shape if i stretch it like others shapes. Anyway it's a great tool, i need to play more with it.

  17. Each turret has a reticle, i don't have any problem with targetting, are you sure about your options ?
  18. Before Steam it was even worst, you add to pick each gems one by one, more or less. I don't think it should be a module or anything, only a "fix" in the code, because there is no point into this system. It's already time consuming to mine and salvage (and it's fine), so why i should be punished and be forced to catch the anoying gems around ? I think all range should be 1km for interactions, it would feel better, not having to be nose to nose because of perspective and scales of space. It's an arcadish game with some newtonian juice, not a space sim.
  19. In many Hack'n'Slash games such as Sacred, Diablo, Grim Dawn... the is an option to equip 2 sets of weapons, and a button to switch from for example 2H axe to Sword+Shield. I'd love something similar for my turrets so i don't need to change them manually each time i go from mining to salvaging.

  21. Hello, I copy/past my engine built with multiple parts (my ship is not so big, with 4 or 5 chip slots), move it around, rotate, place it. Then i clic the undo arrow quickly, i think before the engine is fully loaded. Crash to desktop without message. I did it 6-7 times to try, i think it's related to undo before the cache is loaded, or at least it seems to be.

  23. I start to think they should be removed completly from the game.
  24. You can cover all your thusters with anything you like, you will only get penalty based on tonage and mass, not based on covering them. Happily. Because i really dislike how shiny and invasive they visually are.
