Admins have stated nobody is in charge of the wiki yet and anyone can work on it. Honestly just pick a section and go at it. That's all I've been doing. A lot of info is missing on the wiki and really any help is appreciated.

If you zoom out you can get a nice pan view of the system your in and use the arrow keys to pan around in this screen. I use it all the time!

Server logs are for the Devs. The more info they have on what's happening with these overloaded servers the sooner they can fix these problems.

Oh okay! I meant a lot of servers are having server stability issues with lots of players. Seems like anything over 10-15 people isn't to stable at the moment.

Might not look pretty but try changing the resolution to your monitor and see if that helps.

So this is on the wiki and I updated with pictures. Next project is to tackle the wiki a little more and clean up the server section to have more relevant info. If you need anything in the meantime just message me on here and I will gladly help out.

So with the module it typically took 2 minutes to jump again cause of recharge time. As soon as I jumped I would remove module and within lets say 15 seconds I would put module back on and it wouldn't require the power recharge time again. So I was skipping the recharge time in theory by doing this.

It will be automatic. Give it time! It will do its job just not as fast as you would!

I would watch out getting 10+ people on a server! Stuff adds up fast and I can only imagine how fast a creative server would fill up. Just watch your resources and limit it before it gets out of hand. Best of luck !

When you click New Galaxy on a single player game it has a collision drop down box. You can also navigate to %appdata%/Avorion Folder and open up your galaxy folder and edit the server.ini and look for a line that shows collision damage and change it to 0.

Zoom all the way out (scrolling) for system map, your ship has a green box around it - select with middle click You can use arrow keys in this view as well to pan around! I do this ALL the time!

Not sure how to title this post but I believe I found a bug and Ill try my best to explain it. So I have a ship that has a warp module on it allowing me to warp 1 sector further and it does take a lot of power to use. So I warped into a bad area and I had no power to use my engine's because the warp module was hogging all my power. So I removed the module and my power filled up almost instantly. I then put the module back on and it let me warp in seconds again. So I believe I might have found a bug when taking off modules that require mass amount of energy then putting them back on very shortly after. Let me know if this is intended or not! There is a server option to reduce or eliminate collision damage!

Honestly sounds like the server is set to everyone spawning in same sector. The server owner can actually change this so nobody spawns in same sector. Works perfectly for my server!

I use a shipyard to produce a very cheap ship and you can make it hire a captain on the ship for you also. I then slap some miners on it, hire a few more workers, then I'm done! I usually rush this every single time I start out cause I personally love automating stuff xD

I saw in previous posts that onboard intel graphics cards are having issues with loading. Try updating your graphics driver and going from there.

I'm hosted with asmallorange. Bought a year of VPS on black Friday for really cheap. Service has been good.
