Reorganize Fighter Squardrons

This is a very simple suggestion. The ability to change the order of fighter squadrons by dragging and dropping, much like we can with various systems in the energy menu.

 

The only way to reorder or reorganize squads at the moment is to move fighters around manually, and overwrite blueprints.

Also would like to add, maybe add the name of the squad above its icon so you know what squad is what. Or maybe a different type of icon for civil fighters.
